Commercial Loan Operations Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Commercial Loan Operations Associate will manage the input of new Warehouse Lending loans, process Dealer Floor Plan transactions, and maintain communication with dealers and customers while ensuring accurate and timely processing of commercial loan onboarding and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans and process payments and payoffs in the Banking core system
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests and verify payments
• Communicate with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders and Floor Plan Dealers to resolve issues and provide support

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Access
• Ability to learn and utilize banking industry technology
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and meet critical deadlines
• Professional demeanor and effective communication skills
