Commercial Loan Operations Specialist
Job Summary
To support critical lending functions, the fully remote Commercial Loan Operations Specialist will prepare and review commercial loan documentation, perform post-close reviews, and process mortgage loan files on a contract basis for 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review commercial loan documentation
- Perform post-close loan file reviews and quality control audits
- Collaborate with lending, underwriting, and operations teams to resolve documentation issues
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial loan operations within a bank, credit union, or financial institution
- Strong background in commercial loan documentation
- Experience performing post-close review and quality assurance
- Hands-on mortgage processing experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
