Commercial Loan Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Commercial Loan Operations Specialist will manage activities related to maintaining and processing Mortgage Warehouse Lending and Dealer Floor Plan accounts, ensuring data integrity and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Audit purchased participation loans and research discrepancies to ensure alignment with lead institutions
• Process daily wires and assess annual loan fees, while maintaining extensive contact with mortgage warehouse lenders and floor plan dealers
• Assist in the development of operational plans and foster collaboration within teams to enhance efficiency and service delivery

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in loans or operations
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn banking software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Professional demeanor with effective written and oral communication skills
