Commercial Loan Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate loan records, the full-time Commercial Loan Operations Specialist will manage activities related to Mortgage Warehouse Lending and Dealer Floor Plan accounts while working remotely within the Bank's footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Audit purchased participation loans and research discrepancies on sold loans
• Process daily wires and assess annual loan fees while maintaining extensive contact with lenders and dealers
• Assist in developing operational plans and collaborate with peers to enhance efficiency and technology use

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in loans or operations
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn banking software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure
• Professional demeanor with effective communication skills for internal and external interactions
