Commercial Loan Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Commercial Loan Operations Specialist will manage activities related to Mortgage Warehouse Lending and Dealer Floor Plan accounts, ensuring data accuracy and supporting internal lending personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and research participation loans to ensure alignment and resolve discrepancies
• Process daily wires and assess annual loan fees, notifying customers and collecting payments
• Maintain communication with mortgage warehouse lenders and assist in developing operational plans for efficiency

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in loans or operations
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn banking software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and collaborate effectively with team members
