Commercial Loan Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the management of complex commercial loan modifications and charge-offs, the full-time remote Commercial Loan Operations Specialist will maintain communication with lenders and customers, oversee daily operations, and assist in training team members while driving scalability and automation within the department.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains communication with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders, Floor Plan Dealers, and customers while managing daily loan transactions
• Assists in training team members and acts as an escalation point for complex issues within the team
• Collaborates with leaders to develop and implement operational plans and policies that enhance efficiency and scalability

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, preferably in loans or operations
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn various banking software programs
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
