Commercial Loan Processor

Job Summary

To support the efficient operations of the loan servicing department, the part-time Commercial Loan Processor will process commercial real estate loan data, perform account reconciliations, and assist with various loan servicing functions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify commercial real estate loan data into required computer systems and maintain organized records
• Reconcile and balance cash in bank accounts, preparing timely reports and resolving banking discrepancies
• Perform loan servicing functions including tax contract orders, insurance renewals, and support for escrow analysis

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field
• Three to four years of relevant work experience in accounting or systems reconciliation
• Experience in a dynamic office environment
