Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Loan Quality Control Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Review daily reports to ensure accurate customer billing, loan maintenance, and data integrity
Track and report discrepancies, and assist in the correction process
Oversee monthly post-closing quality control requirements and assist in new hire onboarding and training

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred
7+ years of commercial servicing or similar banking background
Knowledge of C&I / commercial real estate loan documentation and structure
Knowledge of legal language in commercial loan agreements and entity documents
Knowledge of current bank regulatory compliance
