Commercial Loan Servicing Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Commercial Loan Servicing Associate will manage the input of new Warehouse Lending loans, process Dealer Floor Plan transactions, and perform maintenance requests while ensuring accurate communication with dealers and mortgage warehouse customers.

Key responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans and process payments in the Banking core system
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests and verify payments
• Maintain communication with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders and process daily wires

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
• Proficiency in banking policies and procedures
• Ability to learn and utilize banking industry technology
• Experience in customer service and team collaboration
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
