Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the specialty loan servicing department, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Lead and develop a team of loan servicing professionals, providing training and performance evaluations
• Implement operating plans and processes to maximize operational effectiveness and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7 or more years of leadership experience managing teams and processes
• 5 or more years of experience in loan servicing or operations, focusing on specialized commercial loan structures
• Proven track record in managing specialty loan servicing processes
• Hands-on experience with loan management systems, preferably with system implementations or migrations
