Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership across the commercial lifecycle for the Americas
• Shape commercial strategy for complex opportunities, advising on pricing, revenue models, and risk mitigation
• Build and mentor a high-performing Commercial Management team to enhance commercial rigor and capability

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in commercial management or strategic commercial operations
• Expertise in deal strategy, commercial governance, and financial risk assessment
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, including profitability assessment and P&L evaluation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in contract structuring and commercial negotiations
