Job Summary
Providing critical support to sales and commercial teams, the full-time remote Contract Commercial Manager will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, assess commercial risks, and ensure compliance with contract commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Support the sales and commercial teams during the ITO phase by preparing and managing proposal and contract documents
- Guide deal team members on contractual and commercial implications of proposed strategies and decisions
- Coordinate and maintain a library of master and framework agreement records and relevant documents
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contract analysis or Sales/Commercial Operations
- Bachelor's Degree
- Comprehensive understanding of complex commercial contracts
- Proven track record of successfully closing large, complex contracts
- Ability to formulate persuasive arguments in support of customer negotiations
