Commercial Manager - Construction

Job Summary

Leading the commercial structuring and negotiation of construction-related contracts, the full-time Commercial Manager - Construction Procurement will collaborate with various teams to optimize agreements for next-generation data centers in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop commercial strategies for construction contracts, ensuring alignment with project execution and budget objectives
• Act as the gatekeeper for corporate procurement standards, driving approval processes for vendor requests
• Evaluate vendor redlines and co-lead negotiation sessions with Legal to present a unified corporate position

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial management, procurement, or contract negotiation
• Experience negotiating construction or infrastructure agreements
• Strong expertise in pricing models and commercial risk allocation
• Proven ability to lead negotiations in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
