Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time salaried Commercial Manager, Enterprise Sales will manage personal enterprise sales quotas while coaching and mentoring up to two Account Executives, focusing on deal execution and pipeline management in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and achieve personal enterprise sales quotas while managing the full sales cycle
- Coach and mentor Account Executives in sales processes, onboarding, and skill development
- Maintain high standards of sales discipline and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly in enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas
- Experience in mentoring or leading other sales representatives
- Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, with high data discipline
