Job Summary

Bringing extensive commercial lending expertise, the contract-based Commercial Mortgage Expert will work remotely to develop comprehensive blueprints and workflows for the commercial lending lifecycle, focusing on origination, fulfillment, and servicing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed maps for commercial lending workflows, including origination, fulfillment, and servicing
• Create a comprehensive persona and jobs-to-be-done map, outlining responsibilities, pain points, and success metrics
• Assess and ensure the readiness of commercial lending workflows and outputs for customer-facing use

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on commercial lending experience at banks, credit unions, or related financial institutions
• Deep understanding of commercial loan origination and fulfillment processes
• Strong familiarity with commercial real estate (CRE) and/or commercial and industrial (C&I) lending
• Experience with commercial lending systems, including LOS/CRM and document repositories
• Ability to map workflows across various roles in the lending process
