• Manage the timely receipt and analysis of due diligence items to meet closing timelines
• Review title insurance commitments and borrower formation documentation to ensure compliance and security for loans
• Execute the funding process, including finalizing loan documents and coordinating with escrow

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent experience with a financial institution, legal, or title company
• 2-3 years of experience in closing commercial real estate loans
• Background in real estate finance, title company, or legal field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High school diploma required
