Job Summary

Managing the coordination and documentation of commercial real estate loan investments, the full-time Commercial Mortgage Loan Closer will ensure compliance with due diligence standards while working remotely with occasional travel to the Bellevue, WA office for in-person events.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage the timely receipt of due diligence items, resolving issues to meet closing timelines
• Review title insurance commitments and borrower documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy in loan documentation
• Execute the funding process, including finalizing loan documents and coordinating with escrow and other parties involved

Required qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent experience in a financial institution, legal, or title company
• 2-3 years of experience in closing commercial real estate loans
• Background in real estate finance, title company, or legal field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High school diploma required
