Job Summary
Overseeing the development and management of teams that maintain relationships with key commercial clients, the full-time remote Commercial National Accounts Director will drive sales and revenue targets by creating customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts to achieve budgetary goals and meet monthly booking targets
- Develop and implement strategic programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and address commercial customer needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5-10 years of enterprise-level account management experience
- 5-10 years of leadership and management experience
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Experience in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements
