Commercial Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage distributor/agent contracts from initiation through implementation, ensuring compliance and documentation
• Coordinate onboarding processes for sales representatives and distributors, ensuring system access and completion of necessary setups
• Maintain sales-related data, including contract matrices and territory alignments, and oversee year-end account alignment refresh initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A. in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Device Sales Operations or Business Analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Business Analytics Software, including Microsoft PowerBI and Dynamics365
• Specific knowledge of SAP and a high level of proficiency required
