Commercial Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day commercial operations, the full-time remote Commercial Operations Analyst will manage contract workflows, maintain CRM hygiene, and coordinate invoicing while collaborating closely with the VP of Finance and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end workflow for Statements of Work (SOW) and contracts, including drafting, routing, and tracking execution
• Oversee HubSpot as the system of record, ensuring sales team accountability for CRM hygiene and activity logging
• Produce performance reports and manage the OKR reporting cadence by consolidating inputs from team leads

Required qualifications

• Experience in operations, finance, consulting, project management, or related fields
• Proficiency in using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Ability to draft, route, and track contracts and SOWs
• Familiarity with building or maintaining forecast or pipeline reports
• Interest in commercial, finance, and partnership operations within a scaling business environment
