Commercial Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support day-to-day channel operations, the remote Commercial Operations Analyst will manage data integrity, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational insight to Sales and Go-To-Market teams while conducting audits and analysis of third-party adoption reports
• Maintain metadata accuracy and resolve data errors across multiple platforms to ensure data integrity
• Drive continuous process transformation and assist in maintaining Salesforce data for operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and validate large datasets across multiple systems
• Working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems, preferably Salesforce
• Process improvement mindset with experience in identifying inefficiencies and driving operational enhancements
