Commercial Operations Associate

Job Summary

Owning the business value agenda, the full-time Commercial Operations Associate will build systems to demonstrate impact, run experiments to identify value levers, and ensure ROI is integrated across functions, all while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the business value roadmap, tracking metrics and driving high-impact opportunities to execution
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across Sales, Product Marketing, and Client Success
• Drive key commercial operations priorities, setting goals, tracking progress, and fostering an experimentation mindset across the organization

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a fast-paced environment
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating complex challenges
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to building solutions
• Experience in designing tests and drawing conclusions from data
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex frameworks to senior stakeholders
