Job Summary
Driving the business value agenda, the full-time Commercial Operations Senior Associate will own the business value roadmap, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support strategic priorities while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the business value roadmap, tracking metrics and driving high-impact opportunities to execution
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to enhance Empathy's value narrative and design impactful experiments
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and maintain alignment across teams to support company priorities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating complex challenges
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to building initiatives from scratch
- Experience designing tests and utilizing data for experimentation
- Effective communicator and presenter, skilled in translating complex concepts into actionable strategies
