Job Summary
Supporting the execution of commercial initiatives, the full-time remote Commercial Operations Coordinator will coordinate workflows, maintain operational documentation, assist with financial tracking, and manage training logistics in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate commercial initiatives, meetings, and ongoing operational projects
- Maintain commercial documentation, including contracts, vendor records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Track purchase orders, invoices, and budget-related activities in partnership with Finance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in commercial operations, business operations, or project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience drafting or maintaining SOPs and process documentation within a regulated environment preferred
- Strong technical writing and document formatting skills preferred
