Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of commercial capabilities for sales, marketing, and patient support
• Establish business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring capabilities to manage business objectives
• Collaborate with IT and Supply Chain to ensure alignment of systems and inventory expectations with sales operations

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimally a BA/BS; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry preferred
• Experience in start-up environments is important
• Strong understanding of commercial operations in Oncology Rare Disease
• Strategic mindset with proven leadership and project management skills
