Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial optimization by identifying and building AI agents and automated workflows to enhance site performance and drive revenue
• Own and manage operational processes across all verticals, focusing on AI and automation integration
• Conduct competitor analysis and collaborate with teams to develop and implement operational improvements using AI tools

Required Qualifications

• Experience in commercial operations or revenue operations, preferably in digital media or online business
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI agents in a live production environment
• Demonstrated ownership of the entire agent development lifecycle, from problem identification to post-launch iteration
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools, with specific examples of previous projects
• Experience in designing operational processes and establishing QA frameworks for AI-generated outputs
