Key Responsibilities

• Build and iterate AI agents and automated workflows to optimize commercial processes and drive revenue
• Conduct competitor analysis and collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency using AI tooling
• Establish QA processes and generate KPI reports to monitor performance and provide insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Experience in commercial operations or revenue operations, preferably in digital media or online business
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI agents in a professional environment
• End-to-end ownership of the agent development lifecycle, including design and iteration
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools, with specific examples of implemented solutions
• Experience in establishing QA frameworks and automated reporting infrastructure
