Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Operations Lead to manage key aspects of its commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Commercial Team
Manage the deal process including contract review, deal booking, and commission calculations
Track and report on KPIs, create dashboards, and administer software tools

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales/revenue/commercial operations roles for a technology platform or consulting company
Understanding of the SaaS business model and experience with SaaS agreements
Demonstrated ability to use analytics for operational improvement
3+ years experience administering CRM and marketing automation tools
