Commercial Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to drive revenue growth through optimizing outbound campaigns and commercial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize multi-touch outbound email sequences using A/B testing and performance insights
• Create high-converting sales materials and manage the newsletter portfolio from strategy to performance optimization
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and improve sales CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, growth marketing, or revenue operations
• Fluency in English
• Hands-on experience with email campaigns and understanding of deliverability and segmentation
• Experience with email automation tools and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Solid understanding of crypto/blockchain concepts
