Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager (Commercial Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with external counsel and Sales team to identify and mitigate business risks during contract reviews
• Maintain and update contract templates, terms of service, privacy policies, and related documents
• Improve and maintain systems supporting commercial operations, including contract management and data flows

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinker with experience in quantitative/analytical fields
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective collaborator with internal stakeholders and external experts
• Demonstrated sound judgment and ownership in fast-paced environments
• Strong academic background, ideally including an MBA from a top program
