Commercial Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing customer contract operations, the full-time remote Commercial Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end contracting processes, support deal desk and pricing governance, and design scalable operational processes to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer-facing contracting, including MSAs, SOWs, and order forms, from draft to signature
• Support live deals by providing quick responses to contract and pricing inquiries, while structuring deals effectively
• Document and improve operational processes to ensure consistency and scalability as the business grows

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Deal Desk, or related fields
• Hands-on experience negotiating and managing customer commercial agreements end to end
• Proven track record of managing processes or cross-functional programs
• Ability to design and document repeatable processes and improve cycle time
• Strong commercial judgment and experience managing outside counsel
