Commercial Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth organization, the full-time Commercial Operations Manager will manage operational efficiency, ensure data governance, and provide pipeline and sales support while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop workflows and monitor KPIs to ensure smooth functioning of the commercial organization
• Maintain strict data governance and clean CRM architecture to operate on a "single source of truth.
• Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline performance and provide actionable insights for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or BizOps, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or healthtech environment
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational infrastructure, including workflows and reporting dashboards
• Advanced proficiency in managing and architecting CRMs like Hubspot or Salesforce
• Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and data privacy laws within the healthcare industry
