Commercial Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Commercial Operations Manager will manage project execution, business analysis, and process improvement in a remote environment, ensuring successful implementation and adoption across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional Commercial initiatives from discovery through implementation and stabilization
• Serve as the Business Analyst for assigned initiatives, gathering requirements and translating business needs into documented specifications
• Document current and future-state business processes and facilitate design sessions with stakeholders to identify improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in commercial operations, business operations, project management, business analysis, or process improvement
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, health benefits, insurance, TPA, or other complex regulated industries
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives independently
• Experience developing project plans, process maps, and managing dependencies and risks
• Familiarity with UAT coordination and developing operational documentation such as SOPs and training materials
