Commercial Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT and Business Intelligence to develop, implement, train and drive adoption of key sales enablement tools
• Develop annual sales force quota and incentive compensation plans for the sales organization
• Partner with Business Intelligence to develop streamlined sales reporting for territory analysis and action

Required Qualifications:

• 8 or more years of related experience
• Minimum of 3 years of medical device or healthcare industry experience
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent degree
• Extensive knowledge of technology systems including CRM, Microsoft 365, and Business Intelligence Tool (Power BI)
