Job Summary

To support the smooth execution of commercial operations, the remote Commercial Operations Specialist will manage partner placements, ensure operational accuracy, and maintain data quality to enhance conversion performance and database growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain partner placements, offers, and tracking across company sites
• Ensure accurate operational setup to support click-to-NDC conversion performance
• Support partner onboarding, account management, migrations, and aftersales operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar operational role
• Understanding of conversion funnels and operational impact on performance
• Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, and tracking setups
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and execution quality
