Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Commercial Operations Specialist, the full-time remote role will manage daily commercial operations, including order entry, pricing management, and customer support, while collaborating with sales and brand teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and process inbound order requests and maintain accurate product and customer information
• Provide technical support for internal systems and assist the sales team with order entry and task management
• Act as a communication hub to resolve inquiries from customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth information flow across departments

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with internal systems like Encompass
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred
