Job Summary

Managing the company's commercial account vendor and marketplace portals, the full-time hourly Commercial Operations Portal Specialist will serve as a key liaison between vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure accurate handling of orders, inquiries, and shipments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor commercial account vendor and marketplace portals for order accuracy and compliance
• Process vendor portal inquiries and maintain accurate documentation of orders and communications
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support order entry during peak times

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related fields
• Experience in high-volume, detail-oriented environments with productivity expectations
• Familiarity with commercial account vendor or e-commerce portals preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or similar business systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
