Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the North America pricing architecture and SKU tiering strategy
• Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, and margin integrity across multiple channels
• Ensure online price discipline and protect brand positioning while balancing channel inventory allocation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building pricing systems and managing gross margin targets
• Experience in scaling a business within the $30M-$200M range
• Full P&L ownership with a strong understanding of margin and inventory dynamics
• Background in consumer electronics, sports technology, or related fields preferred
• Experience in a growth-stage company with a focus on strategic channel management
