Commercial Origination Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Origination Manager - Infrastructure & Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and evaluate ground lease buyout opportunities
• Monitor origination activities to ensure the health and predictability of the sales pipeline

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in B2C or B2B sales
• Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing transactions end to end
• Familiarity with the real estate closing process is a plus
• Experience originating deals in commercial real estate, telecom, or renewables is a plus
