Commercial Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Paralegal (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and maintenance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient contract workflows and resolve issues
• Assist with legal research, special projects, and compliance support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; Paralegal certificate preferred
• 4-6+ years of experience in commercial contracting in-house or at a law firm
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full contract lifecycle independently
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office/Teams
• Working knowledge of commercial legal concepts and experience with healthcare-related arrangements is a plus
