Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial competency programs and tools for partner organizations
- Create and maintain role-focused learning plans for partners
- Drive adoption of enablement platforms and track partner KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a commercial discipline
- 5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in technical sales
- Experience in instructional design and evaluation
- Understanding of sales enablement in modern sales organizations
- Experience managing and executing large-scale programs
