Commercial Partnerships Director

Job Summary

To drive key commercial initiatives and strategic partnerships, the full-time Commercial Partnerships & Operations Director will manage high-priority projects, align cross-functional teams, and oversee external partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high-priority cross-functional programs by defining project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of strategic outcomes
• Manage key external partnerships by establishing governance, aligning strategic objectives, and ensuring successful execution throughout the partnership lifecycle
• Develop analytical models and dashboards to monitor results, generate insights, and inform commercial decision-making

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare technology, or a similar execution-focused role in a high-growth healthcare organization
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and value-based care
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a track record of executing complex initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and Google Sheets, including experience building financial models and dashboards
