Job Summary

Supporting high-volume fraud review and validation activities, the full-time Commercial Payments Fraud Analyst will manage case inventory, conduct outbound calls for information verification, and ensure accurate documentation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Review assigned fraud cases related to commercial enrollment, account changes, and payment activity while adhering to documentation standards
  • Maintain and prioritize case inventory to ensure timely progression and compliance with service expectations
  • Gather and analyze relevant facts from various records and conduct outbound calls to validate information for case reviews
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in fraud operations, commercial payments, or high-volume case review environments
  • Experience conducting outbound calls and validating information through effective questioning
  • Ability to analyze data and summarize case conclusions accurately
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 products, including Excel and SharePoint
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
