Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial P&C Product Specialist who will lead and manage Commercial P&C products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product enhancements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Ensure compliance of all forms and facilitate necessary changes across all states
• Provide education and training to sales teams, underwriters, and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related discipline; MBA preferred
• CPCU, CIC, or equivalent certification highly desirable
• At least 8 years of Product Management experience with increasing responsibility
• Expert knowledge in financial services operations and implications for new products
• Proven ability to form long-term relationships and negotiate effectively
