Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial P&C Product Specialist (Remote/Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product level projects and enhance the product suite by managing forms and filing changes
• Ensure compliance of all forms with legal, compliance, and IT teams while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability
• Provide education and training to sales teams, underwriters, and external partners, while developing tools for effective communication of compliance information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• CPCU, CIC, or equivalent certification highly desirable
• At least 8 years of Product Management experience with increasing responsibility
• Expert knowledge in financial services operations and implications for new products
• Proven capability in strategic thinking and innovation
