Commercial Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Commercial Lending Team, the full-time salaried Commercial Portfolio Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial loans, serve as the primary contact for borrowers, and assist with loan underwriting and documentation in a remote capacity for candidates in Washington and Oregon.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage existing commercial credit relationships and assist in onboarding new clients
• Conduct annual reviews, analyze data, and create loan review memorandums with recommendations
• Perform due diligence and ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies

Required qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Minimum of four years' loan underwriting experience, preferably in commercial underwriting
• Knowledge of commercial lending procedures and financial statement analysis
• Understanding of lending regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with financial software such as Abrigo Sageworks is preferred
