Commercial Portfolio Manager - WA & OR

Job Summary

Supporting the Commercial Lending Team, the full-time Commercial Portfolio Manager - WA & OR will manage all aspects of commercial loan portfolio management, serving as the primary point of contact for existing borrowing relationships in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage existing commercial credit relationships and assist in onboarding new clients
• Conduct annual reviews, monitor loan performance, and develop action plans for credit relationships
• Underwrite and document new loan requests and modifications for complex credit relationships

Required qualifications:

• Minimum seven (7) years of loan underwriting experience, preferably in commercial underwriting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending procedures and financial statement analysis
• Understanding of lending regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with financial software, such as Abrigo Sageworks, is preferred
