A company is looking for a Post Closing Commercial Specialist responsible for reviewing commercial loan documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews of executed commercial loan and modification packages to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of work, collaborating with fulfillment teams to resolve discrepancies
• Conduct self-reviews of work and ensure all post-closing activities comply with federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in commercial post-closing, due diligence, loan servicing, or loan operations
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in loan document review, condition fulfillment, and collateral management
• Proficiency with loan origination systems and core banking systems
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and post-closing conditions
