Commercial Process Excellence Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance commercial velocity and customer experience, the full-time remote Commercial Process Excellence Engineer will design, optimize, and sustain end-to-end commercial processes, applying industrial engineering and Lean Six Sigma principles across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyze current state customer journey processes to identify bottlenecks and failure points
• Conduct root cause analysis to translate insights into practical, scalable improvements
• Partner with business and system owners to define and implement future state process designs aligned to the Commercial Excellence framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification and demonstrated experience
• Experience in a B2B healthcare technology or life sciences environment
• Familiarity with commercial systems such as Salesforce, Conga, or Gainsight
