Job Summary
Leading the optimization of commercial processes, the full-time remote Commercial Process Excellence Manager will evaluate, design, and enhance end-to-end processes while managing CRM strategy and governance for Salesforce and related applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation, design, and optimization of commercial processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Serve as the business owner for Salesforce, managing CRM roadmap priorities and ensuring data integrity and governance
- Drive organizational change initiatives and develop strategies for user adoption of process and technology improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business process management, CRM strategy, or commercial excellence
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of commercial operations and customer lifecycle management
